Subscription Plans & Payment Terms

Trim Link offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Access basic features such as URL shortening and analytics.
• Paid Plans: Include premium features such as advanced analytics, custom domains, priority support, and QR code customization.

By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize Trim Link to charge your billing account for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or explicitly stated in these terms.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Applicable taxes will be added to the subscription fee based on your location and laws.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you retain access to paid features until then.
• Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided unless required by law. In exceptional cases, such as billing errors, you may request a refund by contacting support.
• Account Downgrade: After cancellation of a paid plan, your account will revert to the free plan at the end of the billing cycle, and premium features will be discontinued.
